(1st/2nd Line) Service Desk Analyst - Night Shift

Permanent position - Cardiff

Are you looking for a new position to work within a global organisation? We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to work within a varied technology stack. You will be working with bespoke applications, servers, monitoring tools and other systems to provide a high level of services at first/second line to the wider customer network. Working within the night shift role you will be working within a small team completing problem solving tasks and follow established processes. As this role is night shifts you will be working 7pm - 7am on a 4 on and 4 off rota.

Candidates will have experience working at a 1st and 2nd line level and proven track record of supporting customers. A number of the systems are bespoken applications therefore candidates with the ability to pick up new systems and enjoy learning how systems work would be highly adventurous. Knowledge of supporting SQL and application servers.

Candidates may have a relevant IT degree or certification. Knowledge or interest in end terminal transactions would be desirable but not essential.
