Service Desk Analyst - Windows 10 Support

I am currently recruiting for a number of Service Desk Analysts based in Nottingham on a 3 month contract for a large IT Service Provider on site with one of their customers.

Our client has just migrated from Windows 7 over to Windows 10 and requires a number of Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Engineers to remotely support W10 users and advise on any queries regarding the new version of Windows they are using.

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting both Windows 7 & Windows 10.

  • Previous IT Service Desk / Remote Support Experience
  • Windows 7 & Windows 10 experience
  • Windows / Microsoft
  • Active Directory / Group Policies
  • Citrix
  • Server / Storage Support
  • Cisco / IP Address
  • Very good telephone manor
