Opportunity to be a Premier Customer Service Executive in Nelson
You will be working for one of the UK's largest organisations in IT and telecoms, providing exceptional experiences to their high-profile client base.
You will be the first point of contact for the customers, being responsible for dealing with general queries such as order, faults or anything technical. Also, having the chance to escalate the query to second line teams if appropriate.
You should be willing to take on challenges that deal with large businesses and corporations to overcome issues. As well as delivering forward-thinking strategies on management of communication solutions.
You must have a strong service desk background to be able to deliver a higher level of service. Telecoms or IT background would be beneficial.
