Opportunity to be working as a First Line Incident Management Specialist based in Nelson
You would have the opportunity to work with the UK's largest independent organisation in IT and telecoms, providing support to the customer service teams and managers.
You will take accountability of customer faults through to a satisfactory resolution, working with external and internal customers, as well as 3rd party suppliers. Your responsibilities will include handling complex queries and customer escalations, taking full ownership through to identifying solutions or handing across to the relevant 2nd line team. You will be explaining things in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing to both internal and external customers.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a background in telecoms, and be proficient in IT systems.
