Service Desk Manager | Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager to join one of our clients in Birmingham in a permanent capacity.
- Experience in implementing Service Desk procedures and processes
- Experience managing incidents and requests, feedback, business requests and communication
- Experience of providing performance reviews, monitoring, on-boarding, recruiting, HR, etc.
- Experience of mentoring and motivating staff members
- Understanding of strategy around Service Desk
- Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills - written and oral
- ITIL v3 Foundation - desirable
