Service Desk Manager | Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager to join one of our clients in Birmingham in a permanent capacity.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in implementing Service Desk procedures and processes
  • Experience managing incidents and requests, feedback, business requests and communication
  • Experience of providing performance reviews, monitoring, on-boarding, recruiting, HR, etc.
  • Experience of mentoring and motivating staff members
  • Understanding of strategy around Service Desk
  • Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills - written and oral
  • ITIL v3 Foundation - desirable
