Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst, looking to join a large and growing organisation? Are you available immediately?

You will be working for a large organisation who are swiftly becoming the major player in the IT and Telecoms industry, helping them with supporting a critical government department with their day to day IT activities. You will be taking calls from end users, resolving as many issues as possible, and escalating issues where necessary.

You will be based just outside of Northampton, and the working pattern will be revolving shifts from 7am-7pm, Monday-Friday, on a 37.5 - 40 hour week. You will be rewarded with a daily rate that equates to between £30,000 - £35,000 per year!

You will have worked in a Service Desk Environment before, and be comfortable with most common 1st and 2nd line IT issues. You will also need to undergo SC Clearance, due to the sensitive nature of the government department you will be working with.
