Onsite Recruitment Administrator / Co-ordinator

Lorien Resourcing is looking to recruit an On-site Recruitment Administrator / Co-ordinator for a major client site in Canary Wharf. (Big 4 Consultancy) Lorien provides clients with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution to support all aspects of its recruitment. Lorien ensures our client adopts the relevant recruitment best-practices' to meet all of its recruitment needs.
Working for Lorien Resourcing and acting as our Customer's representative onsite (RPO). The Recruitment Team is responsible for sourcing candidates through direct various methods, promoting our customer's brand within the employment market and refresh our customer's internal referral scheme. The role of an On-site Recruitment Co-Ordinator within the Recruitment Team is to support them by doing the following tasks:
- Arranging interviews
- Candidate tracking
- Helping with the recruitment process
- Producing recruitment reports
- Managing rooms availability onsite
- Recruitment administration
- Able to work well in a team
Ideally you would have worked in a Recruitment environment and preferably in a support, delivery, corporate accounts or on-site for a customer in an RPO capacity. However we are also interested in candidates who have worked in a sales support / administration who have worked in similar demanding environments.
Please note this is not an entry level role - you need to have had commercial experience in the above arenas to be considered for this opportunity.
