Lorien Resourcing has a market leading Corporate Accounts division comprising many prestigious and established PSL accounts as well as several accounts where Lorien is engaged as the Master Vendor. The division is currently thriving and supported by our RPO business and Lorien has continued to add to its portfolio of clients. As a result we are now looking for a key individual to join this team and assist with the delivery to our portfolio of clients.

This vacancy is one of the best opportunities in the market at this level - working as a resourcer on our corporate accounts doesn't mean cold calling to generate new business, it means servicing these existing clients and delivering the right candidates, with the right skills for the right job on all the clients requirements. A real focus on working with the candidate market place while getting to know your client 100%.

Please note this is a high volume IT recruitment role. Lorien (as a proven supplier to these clients) need to exceed the clients expectations and fill all their recruitment needs. You will be working multiple roles at any one time and need to be able to multi task. You are NOT in competition with many other agencies as Lorien are proven suppliers to these clients, meaning high volume, live roles for you to work on from day one.

The Vacancy:

Due to expansion and more demand from our prestigious clients, Lorien have exciting opportunities for motivated individuals to work in one of the UK's leading recruitment organisations to assist our managers on some of our major accounts within the IT industry. Some very exciting new opportunities are being created in the business due to this rapid expansion for Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultants (Resourcers) to join our Leeds office on Wellington Street.

We currently provide recruitment solutions to global companies and we need resourcers who can deliver the right candidates for the right jobs for our clients. This is a HOT desk where the vacancies come to you! Remember - NO cold calling to clients required as you are working with clients that Lorien are preferred suppliers too.

The role of a Recruitment Resourcer / Trainee Recruitment Consultant is demanding and a highly rewarding customer focused sales role. The principal accountability's for the role are as follows:

1) Receive job specs and liaise with Recruitment Manager to ensure you possess a good understanding of the business need.

2) Advertise vacancies and manager candidate responses

3) Actively resource suitable candidates

4) Manage the process on the candidate side through to offer and placement stage

Ideally (but not essential) you will be of degree calibre or equivalent, someone who is self- motivated and able to work on their own initiative. For this vacancy it is also important you are naturally persuasive, resilient, have excellent customer service skills, can work in a team and have strong communications skills as you will be communicating with managers, directors and candidates at all levels.

This is NOT an entry level opportunity in to employment, you need to have some commercial experience in similar working environments to be considered for this opportunity. We believe that someone from a "call centre" or "customer service" or "high-level complaints" or "telesales" or "B2B / B2C" type backgrounds would have some of the transferable skills required for this opportunity.
