Lorien provides clients with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution to support all aspects of its recruitment. Lorien ensures our client adopts the relevant recruitment 'best-practices' to meet all of its recruitment needs. Working with one of Lorien's most established and successful accounts and acting as our customer's representative, we are looking for a hard-working, career minded and results driven individual with a high level of professionalism and ambition to be based on client site as part of Lorien's RPO on-site' recruitment solution. You will be accountable for the recruitment process with a key focus on managing the recruitment supply chain - vendor management on all various IT recruitment projects across the whole business. (Cyber security, Operations, Audit & Risk Consulting) The end client is a successful global business within the consultancy arena based in Canary Wharf. Lorien Resourcing requires an Onsite Business Partner to work alongside the senior stakeholders and act as that bridge between the end client and Lorien Resourcing. There is "no" direct sourcing involved in this opportunity as you will be supported by a full team of Account Managers and Resourcers off-site from the local offices in the City. Lorien Resourcing is the prime vendor and has an excellent relationship with the client for all the permanent technology division. What we require is someone to work onsite and work with the client and the senior stakeholders and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. To be considered for this opportunity you need to have proven experience in streamlining the recruitment process, while also being responsible for the vacancy management and pipeline for the whole business. You need to be able to effectively establish and drive client stakeholder relationships in order to build and develop our business relationship. Engaging with hiring managers and understanding their recruitment needs; so that you ensure best practise and drive recruitment forward with the recruitment supply chain to obtain the best results. This opportunity would suit an Onsite Recruiter or Recruitment Business Partner who wants to work with a global player and a market leader in this space. You must have experience within an RPO environment and in IT Recruitment. You will be onsite and very client facing and sharing the office space with all the senior stakeholders of the business. You will be hands on and involved in all aspects of IT recruitment for the business. You would need to feel very comfortable with this level of responsibility and involvement to be considered.
