Lorien Resourcing is looking to recruit an Onsite Recruitment Business Partner for a brand new RPO customer. You will be working for a global client in Leeds City Centre. Lorien provides clients with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution to support all aspects of its IT recruitment. Lorien ensures our client adopts the relevant recruitment 'best-practices' to meet all of its recruitment needs.

This is a brand new RPO customer and as a result Lorien will be recruiting at a variety of different levels. As a result, this opportunity would suit either an established, experienced Onsite Recruitment Business Partner OR someone who is currently working as an IT recruitment consultant within an agency environment and looking to take their first steps onsite / in-house / RPO. However, it is important that you have experience working in a delivery capacity (Account Management) and have experience in the Permanent IT Recruitment Market - ideally professional services sector.

Working with a brand new Lorien RPO customer account and acting as our Customer's representative, the Onsite Recruitment Team is responsible for promoting our customer's brand within the employment market and refresh our customer's internal referral scheme. You will act as a bridge between the client and internal stakeholders and Lorien's delivery team in Leeds and external 2nd Tier / 3rd Tier agencies. The client are a global business where Lorien manage the RPO. With direct client access, good volume and a high quality employee value proposition this is a unique opportunity.

The right candidate will also create and maintain direct sourcing strategies for our client. Particularly developing innovative sourcing tools, in order to pipeline candidates and build talent pools as part of the overall attraction delivery model. Adept at using both direct and indirect channels, you'll interact with the client, taking briefings in order gain a clear understanding of the role and find the best candidates by compiling shortlists for the recruitment team.

The role of an Onsite Recruitment Business Partner:

  • Proficient in full life cycle permanent IT recruitment delivery
  • Qualify technical job specifications with line management
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders with the client and communicate the benefits of RPO solutions
  • Identify process improvements and efficiency's in relation to recruitment best practice
  • Develop, in conjunction with HR, an improved Employee Value proposition
  • Develop and implement route to markets for client candidate attraction
  • Identify commercial opportunities for the RPO to develop the service portfolio
  • 3rd party management (supplier / vendor management and consolidation)

To be considered for this opportunity you MUST have a proven track record of delivery and results and worked in a delivery based permanent IT recruitment role, corporate accounts or (ideally) onsite for a customer / client. Happy to look at experienced IT recruiters from an agency background looking to take their first steps inhouse / onsite if you have come from this sort of background.
