Lorien Resourcing is looking to recruit an Onsite Direct Sourcing Consultant for a major client site in Canary Wharf. Lorien provides clients with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution to support all aspects of its IT recruitment. Lorien ensures our client adopts the relevant recruitment 'best-practices' to meet all of its recruitment needs.

This opportunity would suit an onsite direct sourcing consultant OR someone who is currently working as an IT recruitment consultant witihin an agency and looking to take their first steps onsite / in-house / RPO. It is important that you have experience working in a delivery capacity and have experience in the Permanent IT Recruitment Market - ideally professional services sector.

Working with one of Lorien's RPO accounts and acting as our Customer's representative, the Direct Recruitment Team is responsible for sourcing candidates through direct sourcing methods, promoting our customer's brand within the employment market and refresh our customer's internal referral scheme. The client are a Tier 1 consultancy where Lorien manage the RPO. With direct client access, good volume and a high quality employee value proposition this is a unique opportunity

The right candidate will create and maintain direct sourcing strategies for our client. Particularly developing innovative sourcing tools, in order to pipeline candidates and build talent pools as part of the overall attraction delivery model. Adept at using both direct and indirect channels, you'll interact with the client, taking briefings in order gain a clear understanding of the role and find the best candidates by compiling shortlists for the recruitment team.

The role of an Onsite Direct Sourcing Consultant within the Direct Sourcing Recruitment Team is:

1) To receive job specs and liaise with Recruitment Manager to ensure you possess a good understanding of the business need. 2) To advertise vacancies and manage direct candidate responses 3) To actively resource suitable candidates 4) To manage the process on the candidate side through to offer and placement stage 5) High volume delivery - IT Recruitment (Permanent) 6) Experience in IT Recruitment is essential 7) Ideally you will have experience in sourcing and attraction strategies to access both the quantity and quality technology candidates 8) Working closely with the Recruitment Business Partners to proactively develop candidate pipelines, ensuring the team fulfils client demand for growth in Technology

To be considered for this opportunity you MUST have a proven track record of delivery and results and worked in a delivery based permanent IT recruitment role, corporate accounts or (ideally) onsite for a customer / client.

The client is based in Canary Wharf.
